Not to discourage you, but the life of a freelancer isn't always rosy... Admittedly, you're not necessarily under the responsibility of a line manager, but that doesn't mean "no stress". That's why you have to learn how to manage your stress as a freelancer.
How stressful can freelance work be? Every day you set yourself a goal, you have to reach a certain number of objectives. One of them is to ensure your financial stability. I understand that sometimes you want to give in. But don't; I have a few tips to help you manage your stress better.
A good organization is essential if you want to manage your stress as a freelancer.
Working in an emergency may be suitable for some people. However, it is not very advisable! Emergency automatically creates stress. I therefore advise you to get organized, to make a schedule. By getting organized, avoid overloading your agenda. If you want to finish everything at once, you risk deteriorating the quality of your services.
Finally, even if you've been able to set a fairly precise schedule, it's not going to do the trick if you let yourself be tempted by other sources of distraction: social networks, blogs, etc.
There's no such thing as good sophrology.
Sophrology is a set of practices based on physical and mental relaxation techniques. It is also known as one of the best techniques to manage your stress as a freelancer. You can do it yourself.
How? Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Then breathe slowly and deeply. Focus on your breathing, not your stress.

A well-deserved rest
Every once in a while, you need to rest! It's the best way to recharge your batteries. While you rest, you also give your mind a chance to get some fresh air. When exactly do you take a break? Preferably during working hours.
Sleep is also another opportunity to rest, so it must be sufficient (eight hours a day).
Sport is one of the freelancer's best allies.
You don't have to do jogging, weight training or a team sport (unless you like it and find time to do it :) ). If you're not very athletic, the good news is that half an hour of walking every day is more than enough time for you to manage your stress as a freelancer. Your body will surely appreciate it, and it will be more relaxed to get back to work!
Don't forget to get out
Being freelance doesn't mean you have to lock yourself away and be glued to your computer screen seven days a week. Sometimes you have to. If your friends invite you for parties, aperitifs, etc., don't look for an excuse to refuse them! By the way, how would you like to join some coworking clubs? You can meet new people during your break :)
I've only revealed you 5 tips to get rid of stress. They are the basis! But if you want more tips, I give many more around here.
