You want to do A/B Testing, but it seems impossible because you just created your website. It doesn't have enough traffic for such a test yet. In that case, I have a tip for you. If you know how to use it well, you will surely get a good UI and A/B Testing!
What is A/B Testing again?
This is a method that allows you to test several versions of pages for your website. It can concern a landing page, a product sheet, an advertisement or other. The method then consists in sending half of your visitors to version A of the page, and another half to version B.
It can be really complicated if you still have very few visitors on your site. And yet, you have to do it to improve your site. Don't worry, you don't necessarily need traffic. Sometimes you can just use simple tools, like goodui.org for good UI and A/B Testing.
Is the use of this tool mandatory?
I will answer that question directly.
No, it's by no means obligatory! I simply guarantee that with the right tool, you have every chance to optimize the conversion rate of your website. Let me explain: you have a better chance of converting your website visitors into customers. As a result, you will see your turnover grow quite quickly!
What you need to know about GoogUI.org
With GoodUI, you save a lot of time. As I said at the beginning of this article, you don't have to wait until your site has a lot of traffic to start using it. But how is that possible?
With this platform, you already have a lot of information! This information is taken from tests that others have already done. And it's not just anyone; the studies are based on the experience of big companies like Google, Amazon, AirBnB, Apple, Netflix and Zalando.
There is a Youtube video in which I describe this at the bottom of the article. Support me by subscting to the YouTube channel "Happy Desk Design"
These companies already have a lot of traffic on their website. They have conducted their own A/B Testing (and not just once, but several times). GoodUI will analyze their experience for you. All the important elements in A/B Testing are discussed on the site: colors, size, position of a button, text...
The choice of companies on the tests they made is also explained on the platform. Moreover, you have the choice between displaying all the companies or displaying only some of them. For the free version, you have the minimum of features you need, but I think that the paid version is too expensive. In my opinion, staying on the free version can do the trick!
There are other tools that can be used to have a good IU and A/B Testing. Do you use any of them? If so, I'll be very curious to know them :) Leave comments on them so we can all benefit from them ;)
